Sam Remcho is Co-Founder and Principal broker of Selborne Properties. He comes from a broad range of real estate experience and has been managing properties for over a decade. As a property manager, Sam has provided all encompassing property management services including marketing, leasing, maintaining, renovating, remodeling, accounting, and financing, all in several different geographic locations.
Prior to Selborne Properties, Sam was at Cornish and Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank where as an apartment advisor he worked with institutional and private owners throughout California, with a primary focus on the Bay Area. He provided property evaluations and consulted on disposition and acquisition solutions. He also provided landlord and tenant representation throughout the Bay Area for industrial, office, and retail properties. Sam’s career began in real estate financing as a loan consultant for World Savings and Wachovia Bank where he specialized in sales and oversaw the residential mortgage process; including: underwriting, appraising, processing, quality assurance, fraud prevention, product development, marketing, and sales strategy.
Sam is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has a BA in U.S. History from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is also an Instrument Rated, Commercial Multi Engine Pilot and a Volunteer Firefighter. CalBRE# 01804645.
Tim Browne is Co-Founder and Principal of Selborne Properties, a San Francisco Bay Area property management company, which focuses on East Bay property management. He is a licensed real estate agent with the California Bureau of Real Estate. Tim’s experience in real estate includes investing and property management. His primary focus as a property manager is in the East Bay including but not limited to Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, Albany, Alameda, San Leandro, and Hayward.
Prior to his career in Real Estate, Tim worked in education. His most fulfilling experience was teaching Special Education at Roosevelt Middle School in Oakland, CA and also coaching football and basketball in the Oakland Unified School District. Tim taught through the New Teacher Project. Prior to teaching, Tim worked at Trust Company of the West where he assisted the portfolio management team with equity research and investment decisions.
An East Bay native, Tim is knowledgeable with the diverse San Francisco Bay Area region and in particular East Bay property management. He received his MA in Special Education from San Francisco State University and his BA in Economics from the University of San Diego. CalBRE# 01929859.
