Maintenance request form

Non-emergency maintenance requests are taken care of within 48 hours (2 business days). For fastest response, under “Access to enter,” choose option “Yes, I give permission to enter my unit in my absence.”

If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. Otherwise you can reach us at (510) 254-6400 for all other needs. Emergency maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. If a repair can wait until the next day, please fill out the maintenance request form.
