To establish PG&E accounts, please call: 1-800-PGE-5000 or visit PG&E’s website

water (only if your lease requires you to pay for this):

To establish an account at EBMUD (water), call 1‑866‑40‑EBMUD (1‑866‑403‑2683) during business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or visit EBMUD’s website

tv, phone and internet:

We will inform you if your property is wired for a specific provider and provide you with the appropriate contact information.

move out

30 day written notice

30 written days notice of your intent to move out is required. Selborne Properties will contact you with more information after we receive your notice. This will include cleaning instructions, how to return your keys and information about the security deposit.
