application process

• Submit one fully completed and signed application for each adult (18 years and older).
• $40 non-refundable application fee for each adult applicant. The $40 application fee for each adult applicant is NON-refundable and is used to run a Credit Report for proper resident screening and application processing.
• Submit written confirmation of income – copies of two most recent pay stubs for each adult applicant.
• Provide the contact name of your previous landlord and your employer.
• Submit a copy of a valid photo ID for each adult 18 years old or older. Valid ID – a driver’s license, passport, etc.
• The application process usually takes 48-72 hours once Selborne Properties receives the application.
